Hello all

I recently downloaded Crossover as a way to save space and avoiding buying a windows. So i got crossover, which simulates a Windows environment. Well, I got it for a specific reason, so that i could play steam(From Valve). I got the Install piece from their website (http://steam.en.softonic.com/free-download-ud#pathbar) When I open it the download starts... it gets where i hit agree... then it says downloading and the window freezes. I would like help?

Crossover doesn't support all programs, if its not listed as working on their website it probably wont work.

Steam should be downloaded either through crossover in the list of recommended applications, or directly through their own web site.
http://steampowered.com/ followed by the Download Now button.

If you solely desire games, then Crossover Games is is the way to go, which supports the majority of games made by Valve, and of course Steam.
