Can I get to IOS 5.0 using direct download link

I googled and found the direct download links to 5.0. itunes is updating to 5.0.1. I'm currently on 4.3.3 JB with iPhone4.

I was reading and people are saying not to go to 5.0.1 if you want an untethered JB. But it looks like that is the only choice for now?
 
Apple stopped signing 5.0, so the only option is to upgrade to 5.0.1

The jailbreak for 5.0 is tethered anyway.
