Iv got a MBP with a 2.4 GHz core 2 duo and 4 GB of DDR3 ram.
Id like to know if there is any way of putting windows 95 on it. I know you can run both windows and OSX on it but i dont know how to do it.

In short id like to know how to put Windows 95 on my mac?

I thinking the only option you have is to try vnmware/virtualbox/parallels. Bootcamp won't work such an old OS. Since all three offer trial versions (and virtualbox is free) d/l them and try them out.

I doubt too many people here are running such an old and insecure OS, so you may not get too many folks chiming in on their personal experiences of running win95 on a mac

Dude your first link didnt work.
Thanks for the help so far i will look into the info you have given me.
The only reson i want win95 is i have a pc game of c&c red alert 2 and i want to play it.

Sorry "dude", I accidentally used the wrong clipboard content.

Btw, where does this "dude" speak come from?

it comes from the "yoof"

But isn't it obvious that spinnerlys is actually a dog? 😉

Anyhow, just to point out that any game that worked on W95 is probably going to run just fine in a VM on recent hardware.... As maflynn suggested try virtualbox first if that is less than ideal try Fusion or Parallels.

C&C Red Alert 2!!

That game rocked like 13 years ago... I used to play LAN games at internet cafes along with Counter0-Strike... oh how things have changed...

Would C&C be limited to only being played on W95?... can software be limited to OS in use during that time period? Like will Wordperfect work on W7? or in this case CC and W7...
