Can I go from 9.1 beta 1 to 9.0.1 while keeping data?

As the title says, can I go from 9.1 beta 1 to 9.0.1 while keeping all my data on my iPad?

I've deleted the public beta profile, but still show no updates? I guess since 9.1 is technically newer?

Any ideas?
 
Yes. Put your phone into recovery mode, connect to iTunes and then select Update (rather than Restore). Also, to stop getting the beta notifications, you need to restart your phone after you delete the Beta Profile.

And that will keep all my apps and data?
 
I went back to 9.0 after deleting the profile, but it really messed up my phone. I couldn't add or remove anything to Music, and my battery life was horrible. It even showed the update to 9.1 PB without the profile. I ended up going back to 9.1 to get rid of all the issues
 
I went from 9.1 beta to 9.0 by just downloading the IPSW and shift + check for update and i kept all my data.

Although, now i cant sync any music to my device via the latest version of iTunes, not sure if the above is related to this.
