Can I go from iP4 from 4.0.0 to 4.3.2

Have an iphone 4 at 4.0.0(original) ,never touched it, (No activation, no jailbreak, no unlock), don't ask me why..?

Now I want to use this phone outside US. if I try to install new iOS, system is downloading only 4.3.2.

What are my options to unlock..?

it depends on your baseband. what is it?

settings - general - about - scroll down, what does last line say?

Since it was never touched it is still at 01.59.00.

I just donwloaded pwnageTool 4.3.2 and IPSW 4.3.2.
If I load the Cutom 4.3.2, cai I JB and then Unlock with Ultrasn0w 1.2.2?

yes that is exactly what you need to do. check out iclarified.com for a step by step process. good luck.

Technically if you jailbreak with pwnage it should leave your modem firmware at 01.59.00. You should be fine unless I'm missing something obvious. This would allow you to use the latest ultrasn0w to unlock.

iClarified doesn't have 4.3.2 info, upto 4.2.1 only.

THat's why I need to get a confirmation from knowledgeable people.

Yes, the tutorial exists for Jailbreak, it is not there for Unlock, so got confused and held back for a while

You dont need an unlock tutorial do you?
You just open up cydia and install ultrasnow.
That shouldnt need a step by step I hope😀

You are right.
But wanted to be sure, there is nothing wrong being ignorant and unlock my phone than half knowledged and brick my phone. 🙂

Sounds like you're good to go now! Yes, if you need a tutorial to download a Cydia app you probably shouldn't jailbreak 😀
