I'll probably be getting Leopard soon but i love Tiger and know my switch won't be overnight. I was wondering if its possible to create a partition via Bootcamp/Disk Utility and then install Leopard on that partition? and dual boot Tiger/Leopard?

Why? Just upgrade to leopard...

It is not like switching from Mac to Linux...

Leopard is pretty much a tricked out version of Tiger....

Its not that i don't want to, its that key apps i use daily aren't Leopard ready yet. However i still want to run Leopard when i'm doing non-mission critical home computing

Leopard introduces a new disc utility that can partition volume on the fly...

Boot to Leopard DVD, open disc utility, open the volume you want to partition, and click the plus button. Now adjust to the size you want.
