iPhone Can I jailbreak 6.1.3?

I have an iPhone 4, is it possible to jailbreak 6.1.3? I need it untethered. Btw this phone was jailbroken before on 4.2.1
 
No. There is no untethered version out yet for v6.1.3. Also, if you didn't save your SHSH file for v6.1.3 you are out of luck when it does come out as Apple stopped signing v6.1.3.
