iPad mini Can I Jailbreak iPad Mini wifi for any cellular provider?

If I jailbreak a iPad Mini Wifi without the cellular data service, can I add the data service after jailbreaking it?

I want to buy the iPad Mini Wifi hoping I can add the "data service" with Verizon if I jailbreak it, is it at all possible?

Verizon will give you the jeack hardware if you sign up for service, connect your ipad to that. AT&T will give you $100 of fan iPad if you sign up for service; that makes it only $20 more than the wifi one.
