Can I only upgrade from tonight's pre-order only on att.com?

I have AT&T. If I want to upgrade tonight during the pre-order period, can I do so with any of the other sites such as Apple.com or BestBuy or must I do it through ATT?

If you are a regular customer you can upgrade anywhere. You are only limited to att.com if you have an employer-paid phone

Best place would be from the Apple app if you have an iphone or ipad, it's the fastest. You can preorder from any of those places unless youre going with NEXT. Then it's just apple or att.

wow I never realized you could preorder through the Apple Store app! just looked at it and it does seem like a quick process. might have to give it a try 🙂

For the 5S pre-order app was much quicker when the website was bogged down.
