Can I order a 4G online with FAN Discount?

I have a FAN Discount thru UC San Diego and this is my first time purchasing a new iPhone with a FAN discount. Does anyone know if I can still pre-order thru the Apple website with a FAN Discount?

I don't think FAN discounts cover iPhone hardware, only the actual plans.
There is another post on this forum from today confirming FAN discount is still covering the new iphone plans including the data tiers.
