Can I passlock my passwords/CC info but not lock screen?

I bought a 9.7" Pro for my 5 year old daughter and I want to secure app purchases and passwords but I don't want to force her to unlock the ipad everytime she wants to use it. Is this a possible setup?

Turn on the ones that apply to you.
