What do you mean register a custom Macbook Pro?

Are you looking to buy a new MBP and want to configure it?

Your options are what's available on the online Apple Store. There's no other way to custom configure a MacBook Pro. 32GB isn't one of the options but 2GB for graphics is standard in the highest end 15" model.

2.5GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7, Turbo Boost up to 3.7GHz
16GB 1600MHz DDR3L SDRAM
512GB PCIe-based Flash Storage
Intel Iris Pro Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M with 2GB of GDDR5 memory
Backlit Keyboard (English) & User's Guide

This is the standard, highest-end, 15" MBP configuration.

It's not available with 32gigs of ram, as I imagine 16gig chips are still too pricey.
