can i replace free for battery drain?

so my iphone is still under the 1year warranty from apple...

and my battery seriously wont last a day on a full charge. and this is with maybe 15 min calls total, mild internet use. and im not using 'push' mail or notification. can i try and get a replacement at the genius bar? thanks guys for any advise.

Its worth a try as you are still under warranty. If you make a good case to a Genius then they may replace.

I sent my phone off to apple due to the same issue and they sent me a refurb device upon acknowledgment of problem.
