Can I restore iPad 1 backup onto iPad 2?

Hey.

I currently have an iPad 1 and am going to buy an iPad 2.

But, I don't want to lose my data, files, and especially, the game progress.

So, I hope I can restore an iPad 1 backup onto a new iPad 2 using iTunes or iCloud.

Is it possible?
