Can i restore using my ios9.3.2 backup file

Planning to upgrade to ios10 beta 1

Backed up my current ios9.3.2 data, encrypted it and archived too.

Can i restore back from ios10 beta 1 back to ios9.3.2 over itunes, incase i don't like ios10?

Any help is appreciated!

I installed iOS10 and downgraded back to iOS9.3.2 without an issue.

Restored through a clean 9.3.2 ISPW then through iCloud backup
