Can I see CPU and GPU utilization?

Hi, hello!

Is there a way to see the CPU and GPU utilization?
Sometimes I use a free app like Duolingo and the phone gets so incredibly hot. I’m wondering if it might run a miner in the background while doing lessons so I’d like to see the load on the hardware to learn more about how such apps behave. Would also help for bug reports.

This older app shows CPU but not GPU. It will work in the background for a short while then stops (as most iOS apps do with background processing)
