Can I send a text with an iPhone alarm?

I have a recurring alarm each day on my iPhone and is there a way for me to send a text message reminder to another person automatically when that alarm goes off?

It looks like you're looking for automated programmed texting, I don't think it's possible, since that would actually be unsafe.
