No. Get a family pack.

If you buy the Family Pack, yes. If not, then no. Simple.
To clarify, Apple has not typically included any sort of serial number or system check to verify that you're only installing it on one machine, but considering it's only $20 more, there's not any good reason not to just buy the Family Pack.
