You would have to buy the Family Pack edition.

It will be a DVD-DL. And you need to purchase a family license pack.

    No. Get a family pack.

"* The Family Pack Software License Agreement allows you to install and use one copy of the Apple software on up to a maximum of five (5) Apple-labeled computers at a time as long as those computers are located in the same household and used by persons who occupy that household. By “household” we mean a person or persons who share the same housing unit such as a home, apartment, mobile home, or condominium, including student members who are primary residents of that household but reside at a separate on-campus location. This license does not extend to business or commercial users."

If you buy the Family Pack, yes. If not, then no. Simple.

To clarify, Apple has not typically included any sort of serial number or system check to verify that you're only installing it on one machine, but considering it's only $20 more, there's not any good reason not to just buy the Family Pack.

$20 more, as was already said.

Or if you're upgrading from Tiger (OS X 10.4) they will offer the Mac Box Set (Snow Leopard, iLife '09, iWork '09) for $169 with the Family Pack Box Set being $229.
