So here's my situation. My audio jack on my iPod Touch quit working (only plays music in one ear very low), and no it's not my headphones. I've tried different pairs. But anyway, I was trying to take the Digitizer off, and broke the wire. So now my Digitizer is broken. I would just buy a new one (this is the third time I've broken the Digitizer and replaced it 😛), but my iPod isn't much unless to me if my headphone jack isn't working. So I wanna see if I fix my audio jack before I invest in yet another Digitizer. So I was wondering it there's a combination of buttons or way I can control it from my computer in order to play audio and see if I can fix it.

Thanks.

You could try using an iPhone headset with a button. One press of the button starts playing the iPod or use a dock with buttons.

OMFG, I'm the dumbest person alive. I just got some In-ear Apple earphones with the start/stop button on the cord. Haven't used it, but now I have.
Thanks dude!

But my jack is still broken evidently.
