iPad Can I still jailbreak 7.X on my ipad?

Been running 6.X and it looks like I need to update to 7.X to get support for certain apps (DirecTV).

Can I still jailbreak 7.1.X if I upgrade now?

You can still JB 7.1.2. You will not be able to do it once 7.1.3 is available AND Apple is no longer signing 7.1.2.
