I'm currently on 10.13.6 on an iMac Pro

Yeah.. I've been holding off for a while.

Finally with this downtime, I was going to update to Mojave [been meaning to for the last year or so]

Obviously, Apple REALLY wants me to use Catalina. I can't, due to some of the 32-bit apps I still need to use every day [that won't be supported moving forwards]

The App Store doesn't let me upgrade. I've found all the 10.14.1 thru .6 installers, but they won't work because they tell me "this update requires 10.14". I've tried going off network and rolling back my date to before October 2019 when all the certificates expired. I can open the App Store installer then, but then gives me an error when trying to install.

What are my options here? Am I stuck on 10.13.6 or forced to Catalina at this point?

You can use this link to install macOS Mojave from the App Store: Get macOS Mojave

Here are instructions on Apple's website: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210190

Let me know if you need any more help. Good luck!

Right - when I use the App Store to install, I click "Open" and I get an error message - "This copy of the Install macOS Mojave application is damaged, and can‘t be used to install macOS."

I've deleted the install file from Applications and re-downloaded - same result.
I've disconnected from all networks and rolled my date back manually to before October 2019 [when certificates expired on these installers] - I can at least open in, but as soon as I get to installing it, I get another error message saying it could not install

You can try downloading using the Terminal:

softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 10.14

Leave the terminal open while the download is in progress. This worked for me but it has been a while since I used it. Worth a try. Let us know.

Something to try if the Mojave installer is balky:
(yes, I realize it sounds odd, but try it anyway).

Disconnect from the net (pull ethernet cable or turn off wifi), then...
Set back the Mac's internal clock using terminal with this command:
date 010112002019
(there is a space character between "date" and the number)

Remember to restore date and time later on (may be restored automatically with new software install).

Well, turns out I just had to delete the old installer from Applications and restart. I had done both separately, but not in the right sequence I suppose. After that, the regular App Store installer worked just fine.

I tried the whole date rollback thing in terminal and in the calendar while offline, and it didn't make a difference for the installers working/throwing errors.

I feel silly now, but thanks for the help! Maybe it can help someone else having this problem.

I am having the same problem as you did. Which installer did you delete from the Applications folder? I don't want to go to Catalina for the same reasons. thank you!
