Can I stream music using Airport Express?

Can you tell me something about Airport Express...

Can I connect Airport Express on home stereo, and play music from iPhone?

as far as i know (at least the way i use my AE) no, it comes from your computer you just control itunes from your iphone.......

so, i can not play music from iphone and listen it on home stereo? wirelessly, of course...


can some software help me to achieve that?
