Restocking fee is what you'll have to overcome. The only way around it is convincing someone that it doesn't apply to you.

Yeah you can. However, not instantly. You will probably have to order it then exchange.

Last year, I swapped 16gb for a 32gb and it took 1 week for AT&T to get it.
