Can I switch phones with my wife?

My wife and I both have iPhones. One 6 and one 6 plus. Both on AT&T family plan. Can we just switch out sims to change phones? I realize we would have to do apps and data as well. Thanks for any advice

Ya it's really easy. Back the phones up to icloud then reset and erase all settings switch the Sim out and it up from the backup.
I just did that with my mom's phone. I got the note 4 so I have her my 5.
