iOS Can i sync a desktop program with iphone/touch?

I want a desktop program uses data which is in an iphone.

but I don't need to transfer data from a desktop program to an iphone.

Is it possible??

(Sorry for my english. I'm quite desperate.
Coz there is veryv very little people who work on mac programming.
So I don't have any place where I can ask 🙁
