I've uploaded all of my 3000 photos on my Mac to iCloud Photo Library. But I really don't want all of those photos on my iPhone and iPad. I'd only like my favorites...maybe 100 or so. Apparently, its an all or none thing. You can't upload some photos but not others so I think I am not going to use it if and until that changes. But if i do that, can I go back to the old way of synching some photos via iTunes? Or can I make separate Photos libraries and choose to send only one of those to iCloud and not the other?
