Can I take it with me?

I want to take my phone # and my unlimited data plan to my own account away from my family plan.

If I do this will I be able to keep my unlimited data or am I sol?

Making a new account, I think you will be SOL.

They should be able to transfer your line and unlimited data to an individual account from your AT&T family plan.
Call them up and ask.

it will be hard. if you were resigning another contract i would say yes, but if your transfering they may try and make you have the 2gb limit. 🙁
