Can I transfer all my data when I upgrade to the iPhone 4?

I know that if I sync the phone with iTunes, it'll transfer all my media data (songs, movies, videos, etc), but will it also transfer my SMS? If so, how?

No, SMS MMS and Usage are only stored in the iPhone itself......I think,.....Pretty sure.

I have restored from backups before and that Data is always lost
