Can i transfer magazines to macbook pro

Hello, can I transfer magazines from my iPad to my Macbook Pro.
a) as a back up
b) to free space once read.

if i can, where in iTunes are they filed?

Pretty sure they are backed up when you sync to iTunes. Not sure where they are stored though.

Use dropbox on your ipad, then open dropbox on your Macbook and pull them onto your desktop.
