Yup, that is no assurance, as binning of inventory can have the fakes mixed in with the genuine items.
Maintaining separate spaces for what are purportedly all the same item, whether sourced by AMZ itself, or from third-party sellers, is not an efficient way to run a warehouse.
So they all get tossed into the same bin, and if some of them are fakes, it's the luck of the draw.
