How is it taking advantage of? It puts one more "unlockable" iPhone into the supply pool which will actually lower the overall price.
I don't really get it. If your religion doesn't allow watching porn then don't watch it. Why do you need a filter or app to avoid you watching porn? If porn is addictive to you or you are already addicted to porn then you can/will find a way to remove the filter and watch porn on your iPhone. It's all about self-control.
I don't get how being jailbroken is needed to see porn when compared to vanilla fw? 
Is it because you have an open store (Cydia) and you might be tempted to download a porn app or something? Unless you block the internet from your phone, naked people can be shown on jb or vanilla iPhones be it by safari or even email.
My recommendation for the addiction in this case would be to still leave it jb and install an app specific password system and let someone else put the password for you so you can't access Cydia.

Honestly, you are absolutely correct. I tried hard to stay out of this, but it borders on the ridiculous.
The OP talks about removing the jailbreak to prevent access/temptation to porn. In this scenario, the jailbreak is the most solid barrier/temptation between him/her and the porn. BS
How long does it take to restore an iPhone/iPad/iPhone to stock (oh wait, want to maintain the ability to sell for a profit) vs how long does it take to flip a switch to disable/enable Safari (does that work??) and run a piece of software that is effectively a piece of spyware (the w3watch accountability 'browser'). Whatever your beliefs, this borders on postering.

Doesn't mean it's unlocked forever. An average person who would buy the phone might update or do some other thing to screw the jailbreak up. Then there out $XXX for an over priced phone.
