Can i un-show the carrier name?

    Can i somehow make the carrier name disappear like on Apples iOS7 preview photos?

    As a matter of interest, why would one want to remove the carrier name?

    It looks ugly IMO.
    Would be much nicer to just have the dots.

    I think what would look better is if the carrier just used there logo instead of the name in the status bar.

    And you can do that if you wish as soon as iOS7 is jailbroken.

    I asked the dev of CarrierEditor and he told me, that he can't update the tool to support iOS7 because iOS7 security features don't allow changing the name. He said only on iOS6 that was possible.

    I sure hope the developers of Zeppelin and WiCarrier are able to make their hacks iOS7 compatible :)
