can i unlock iphone 3gs 4.3.4?

Iphone downgrade 4.3.5

I had to use a ip server address in etc file of 216.156.213.154 gs.apple.com and I was able to go freom 4.3.5 to 4.1 then jailbreak and unlock.After downgrading to 4.1 it will give you a SHSH file
