Can I unlock without voiding my warranty?

So i want to use my phone in Canada and Turkey. It's a few months old and has applecare until 2012. I don't want to ruin the applecare. How do I unlock the phone to use in Canada and Turkey? Is there any way to do this legally without jailbreaking?

Nope. Not if you're on the U S of A

You can unlock it (eventually) and not get caught but that has its associated risks. 😎
