Hello.
I sent my iMac for repair because of Kernel Panic but when It fixed and I turn it on, Apple tell me "Bluetooth" device not found and I can't use Wireless Mouse and Keyboard. Can Repairman forgot to plug it again?
Can it Detachable?
Thank you.

I know on the late 2013 27" iMac they have one card for Airport/Bluetooth. It is connected to the back of the logic board, it id possible they the repair guys have not connected properly or they have damaged it. I woudl take it back and explain, they should identify the reason and repair.

Try pressing and holding the power button on the keyboard until the green light comes on and with the mouse slide the button down and the up to try and pair the device.

When your Mac boots, does it go to the desktop? Can you see the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar?
