iPad Can I update to iOS 8.1.2 not iOS 8.1.3?

I've noticed my iPad Air is running 8.0.2

I want to jailbreak it. iOS 8.1.2 is the latest Jailbreakble version. Is there a way to avoid iOS 8.1.3?

I tried downloading the iOS 8.1.2 but it says it's unsupported when I try to restore in iTunes.
