Is it it possible to upgrade my SSD storage in my MacBook pro retina. Mid 2012. Am I able to do this myself? Or does Apple have to do it? If so, what kind of figure $ would I be looking at. Thanks?
The 512GB Crucial M550 mSATA drive is currently less than $200 on Amazon.
I'm pretty sure IFIXIT will have some guides for replacing the SSD in the Macbook Pro.
Thanks all! Anyone know how this will work with boot camp though?? I have windows 7 boot camp with games and such. Will the windows partition transfer over as well??

Not unless you go out and buy some kind of USB to mSATA connector (AFAIK, the port used in the rMBP isn't a standard mSATA port, so good luck with that) and use winclone or similar software clone over your bootcamp partition.
