Hi,

I have the 13.3" white macbook from mid-2008, i have the intel GMA X3100 that came with the machine, any ideas?

Yes, you can upgrade it. You need to be familiar with GPU chipset architecture, own a soldering iron, and have a steady hand. While you're in there, you might as well swap out the video memory for lower latency parts too. Good luck.

I know you are having a laugh but soldering irons no longer do the trick. You need a surface mount desoldering/soldering station. 😀
