My 2008 is still pretty quick. But every once in a while it might need a kick in the butt.

Is there a way to switch out my Quad Cores to 6-Core Intel Xeon's? I've never done it before but I'm pretty handy with electronics.

2x X5482 3.2 is max - Hexus.net did that: http://www.hexus.net/content/item.php?item=11938

Only SLANZ stepping is supported. SLB** won't work.

How do you know this? Can you provide the source?

Oh, and sorry to resurrect the dead, but it's what I do...
