Can I use a USB modem to dial numbers in my address book?

I'd love to be able to click numbers to dial, then just pick up my other line. Thoughts?

"No" as in the software doesn't exist for OS X...

-OR-

"No" as in there is a hardware limitation that prevents this...

-OR-

"No" I don't know if it is possible or not, or if it exists or not, or how a transistor really works, but I'm going to go with "no."

Looks like XP can do it...
