Hello, I need to redeem points. One option is Apple iTunes Gift Card. Can I use the card to buy Mac? Is there a deadline?

To buy mac applications on the mac app store, yes you can do that.
To buy a mac computer, no you can't do that.

As for deadline for redemption of iTunes gift cards, usually this is one year from buying it.
