I would like to pair my bluetooth earbuds to my Apple TV 4K and use them at the same time as the HDMI Audio out.

My wife wants the volume very low. I NEED the volume louder due to some hearing loss. I hate to go through all the trouble of pairing them up just to find out it cannot be done.

So, do any of you know if this is possible? I have tried to "google" an answer, but now luck with that so far.

I don't think the ATV can do it, but I've read somewhere that some TVs can. I think it was Sony TVs in particular.

Once the ATV starts sending audio by Bluetooth the HDMI audio is disabled... at least that’s what happens with my 3 Apple TVs. Your best hope is to find a TV that could accept and play the HDMI audio signal while mirroring that signal for broadcast over Bluetooth. And no, I know of no such TV but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. There may be some third party specialty gizmos out there that may help you accomplish your goal but you’ll have to do your own research. You might want to check into tech specific to hearing loss.
