Can i use Ichat with windows user?

Yo my artard girlfriend is resisting the almighty switch to Mac, how can i have a video/audio convo, or use the Ichat with her?

Just get her to register an AIM / Jabber / Google Talk (via Gmail) account.

My experience was, that skype has the better picture, but a very annoying echo.
On the other hand iChat doesn't have any echo issues but reduces the picture quality when using the internet (and not the LAN)

I find an echo more annoying than some artifacts.

I don't get echo with skype and gtalk (ichat), but always get it on Yahoo.

Yep, It works great. Just enable video in either program and the iSight is automatically selected.

Be lucky your girlfriend can do video and such. My girlfriend has 56K. 😡
