I was looking into getting an Iphone 3G. Does it work on PAYG plans? Is it unlimited data and 3g? Does everything operate the same as if it was on post paid? Thanks

I have the 3g on the go phone sim, it has to b firmware 2.2 to work with yellowsnow from cydia, but i've heard u can downgrade the baseband with something from cydia also if u have 2.2.1... but i am not totally sure if its truly 3g or just the phone showing 3g service but evrything works fine on my end
