Can I use MBA 2012 charger to MBA 2013?

The shape could fit in, the watt and volts and amperes are match. Is it safe? But I think the written label said Magsafe 1 in 2012, and Magsafe 2 in 2013.

2012 Airs use Magsafe 2 power connectors, same as the 2013.

If the connector fits, it will work.

If the connector doesn't fit, it will work with an adapter.
