You should be able to, it would connect via IMAP. But you would need to use Ical for the push calendar features.

Yes, you can use Entourage via IMAP to get MobileMe E-mail. If you turn on Sync Services in Entourage you can also sync calendars and Contacts, although they go through the rather circuitous route of MobileMe->iCal (or AddressBook)->Entourage
Also, if you do this, Entourage will create an iCal calendar called (unoriginally) entourage: This is the one you will have to put events in for them to be reflected in Entourage.
