So my question is pretty much enunciated in the title.

I have managed to install windows 8 on external hard drive and it runs good, but now I wonder, if it is possible to backup my mac using time machine on the same drive.
I though about creating partition on it. Is that ok?

Give me some advice, guys. Thanks

NTFS isn't support for Time Machine backups, so you'll need to re-partition the drive into two volumes.
