E Endelm macrumors newbie Original poster Apr 10, 2009 5 0 Apr 22, 2009 #3 He already used one of the two licences. He's been sending Apple emails about getting a refund for the double payment but still no luck. So if I want to develop and sell iPhone apps on iTunes this would be a bad idea, right?

Click to expand... Pretty much, since everything will be in his name including, payments for your app sales. If you want to become a Dev, then use your own account.
