I’d like to start a product swapping website; can RW or iweb do the following:

    1. register/keep track of members to the website (free to register)
    2. keep members accountable for the swap they agreed to
    3. set up a way for people to search/browse products
    4. Set up a forum

Do I need to purchase something else?

    Thanks very much!

No. Doing that would require some serious programming. Since you don't seem to know much programming (from what you said in your post), you'd need some kind of script that you'd modify/create the template to your taste.

With simple apps like iWeb and Rapidweaver, you won't go nowhere near what you want.
